This interesting company specializes in financial services and accounts receivable management. In other words, they are a collection agency, with all the associated negative stereotypes. But their approach is very different. Their goal is to avoid alienation, and instead to seek to retain debtors as clients for their customers after collection matters are settled.
They achieve this by seeking to form a working dialogue with each debtor, after first arming themselves with extensive, solid information about their financial situation and connections.
We developed a logo, using a wise owl with incisive, piercing eyes, and designed additional marketing materials and a website. Matthews, Pierce & Lloyd uses these sales tools to present their unique approach to prospects, and finds them to be extremely effective sales tools.
This small and successful company next tackled an exciting new challenge: pioneering a China market for recovering debts from U.S. purchasers of Chinese goods. Our own interest in and familiarity with China was cited by our client as inspiration for their daring move.
We researched the project, aided by a close affiliate who lives in Beijing, is fluent in the language, and is a recognized expert on China and its people. He put us in touch with a top-drawer consultant for the Chinese marketplace. A professional marriage was made.
We developed a China sales strategy, complete with related marketing materials, designed specifically for China, and written in Mandarin.
